Our Return, Repair, and Re-string Policy

RE-STRING: Although we use the finest quality 49-strand beading cable, any beaded jewelry item will eventually require re-stringing to prevent breakage. We recommend having your bracelet re-strung every two years, depending on frequency of wear.

Our current re-stringing fee is $15 per strand for bracelets, $25 per strand for necklaces. This includes cleaning and polishing; we will ship it back to you at no extra cost.

REPAIRS: Whether you purchased your beaded jewelry from our studio or not, we can assist you with repairs. Because every repair is different, we request that you call us so that we can provide you with an estimate. Sometimes we will not know the exact cost until we see the item. If our initial quote is off, we will contact you promptly and let you decide if you wish to proceed with the repair. Your jewelry will be returned to you at no additional cost, even if you decide not to have the repairs completed.

RETURNS: Don't fret if you decide you are not pleased with your purchase! We will accept any product in its original package for up to 35 days from the date of shipment. Before returning any item, please call or email for a return authorization. Your refund will be issued as soon as the returned product is received, and you will be notified promptly that the credit has been processed.
