Yes, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products as long as you return the product in good condition with the original packaging materials. Please call or email us for a return number.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.

Can I add names later to my bracelet?

YES! If your family expands and you would like to add additional names, you may mail the bracelet back to us with your request. Price will be the current extra strand cost for your style of bracelet plus the cost of shipping the bracelet to us. We will ship the bracelet back to you at no additional cost.

What length should I order?

If possible, take an accurate measurement of your wrist, then add one inch to determine bracelet size. Due to the variable nature of name length, the actual finished size of your bracelet will be within a half-inch. Average bracelet size for most women is 7”. If you are unable to measure the wrist, we will restring your bracelet if necessary within 35 days of shipment at no extra charge. After 35 days there is a restring charge of $15 per strand.

What is the difference between Gemstones and Crystals?

Gemstones are natural gemstone chips; they vary in size and shape. Crystals are genuine Swarovski crystals; uniform in size and shape; and faceted so they sparkle.

Absolutely! Your bracelet comes with an unconditional 30-day guarantee. We can either remake the bracelet in a different style or else we can refund your purchase as soon as we receive your returned bracelet.

How fast can I expect my bracelet to arrive?

Because your bracelet is a one-of-a-kind handmade creation, please allow 2-3 weeks for fabrication and delivery of personalized jewelry. We will notify you by email as soon as your item has shipped. During busy holiday seasons, it may be necessary for us to post an ordering cut off for guaranteed holiday delivery. Items in the Quick Gifts section are in stock and ready to ship within 2 business days unless otherwise noted.
